They take a very hands-on approach to the daily operations of the department, establishing and overseeing scheduled cleaning routines, and working closely with other departments to ensure guest accommodations are ready on time and by Four Seasons standards.
What you will do:
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all employees.
Supervise the daily operations in areas related to the Housekeeping Department and assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing all staff.
Assist with general inventories (cleaning supplies and guest amenities), recording all stock levels and maintaining control over all distributions.
Ensure the Housekeeping Department operates in accordance with Four Seasons Hotels' established policies and procedures.
Plan and follow up on projects in guest rooms and public areas.
What you bring:
Experience managing cleaning teams or related Rooms departments in hotels or customer service-focused industries.
Ability to coordinate and supervise teams, motivating staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field (preferred).
Previous leadership or managerial experience overseeing teams such as housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in luxury hotels and resorts

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full time position
This role primarily works Monday through Friday, although may be asked to work other shifts, based on business volume.
