Job Details:
This position is responsible for ensuring that team members are properly trained on procedures to operate and/or maintain machinery while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Pay: $20.00/hr
Schedule: M-F 3:45p-3:00a
This position is responsible for ensuring that team members are properly trained on procedures to operate and/or maintain machinery while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Must have good communication skills & be able to get along with all TM's. Must maintain a good attendance record- if attendance is not maintained- trainer will be removed from the position and return to the line, must take direction from all supervisors/management, communicate with management on the status of the N's and any concerns and work with management on resolutions. Ensure NH knows JSA, emergency exits, nurse' station, restrooms are located. Maintain dignity and respect. Safety conscious.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Requirement: Must possess at least 6 consecutive months of work history with 1 employer within the last 2 years.
Rehire Consideration:
Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.
180 days (6 months) waiting period.
