The main duties and responsibilities of this role: + Address customer dissatisfaction swiftly and effectively, adhering to MJ customer feedback/complaint procedures. + Assist colleagues as needed to achieve designated work goals, fostering teamwork and collaboration. + Maintain high standards of personal presentation and professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues. + Ensure proper manning of hostess desk/door to provide friendly and prompt welcomes to all guests. + Manage dining reservations and special services according to Restaurant Reservations SOP, providing knowledgeable assistance to guests. **About You:** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Opera (Cloud). + Experience working in a multi-cultural environment. + Confident in successfully handling complaints of various severity. + One or two years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property; experience in the UAE is desirable, but not mandatory. **About the Benefits:** We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
