Job Description

Please note that the duties and responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive, as employees of NH Maldives Kuda Rah and Minor Hotels continually seek innovative ways to enhance guest experiences and support colleagues. The key responsibilities for this position encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining confidentiality.

To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club, and other Minor Hotels properties.Be available to assist guests throughout their stay, answering questions, resolving problems, and providing information about services and local attractions.Manage special requests, including room upgrades, restaurant reservations, concierge services, and organizing special events or experiences.Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Spa, etc.) to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly and adequately.Monitor and respond to guest feedback (both on-site and online), resolving any issues and maintaining a detailed record of guest preferences.Build trusting relationships with VIP guests, repeat customers, and long-stay guests, ensuring a highly personalized experience.Supervise the guest relations team, providing training, support, and performance monitoring;To be proactive and innovative, suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs in enjoying their Minor Hotels experience.

QualificationsProficiency in any two of the following languages will be considered an added advantage: Arabic, Spanish, French, or Italian.Previous experience in a similar role (Minimum 2 Years) in a five-star resortStrong commercial/business acumenExperience with Front Office SystemsFluent in English both written and verbalMust possess effective time management skillsMust have an optimistic approach to guide, counsel the employees in pressure.Must currently hold the role applying forShould have qualifications matching to position applying forTrackable references to support the role applied for
