Use graphic software to handle manuals, cartons, and silk screen refer to demander's requirment. 

"1.Use creo to export drawings from 3D, and complete the layout of user manual.
2.Use photoshop to modify pictures.
3.Use Illustrator to modify silkscreen and carton.
3.Need to comfirm samples and give feedback to suppliers."    

Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, or related field.
