THE JOB:
As an Assistant General Manager at Salt & Ivy, you will bring leadership, poise, and a passion for hospitality to one of the most vibrant dining spaces on property. You’ll oversee daily operations, guide a polished and service-driven team, and ensure every guest experience feels seamless and elevated. With a focus on team development, service excellence, and operational execution, you’ll play a key role in shaping the atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, including labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, and guest service standards.

Implement policies, operating procedures, pricing initiatives, and training programs while ensuring compliance with the company’s standards.

Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, and employee satisfaction.

Engage with guests frequently to ensure a high level of satisfaction and react promptly to any concerns or complaints.

Work closely with the culinary team to ensure a seamless service experience between the kitchen and dining room.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menu items, and sanitation standards.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Is 21+ years of age

Has a High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent

Has 2+ years of prior relevant experience
