THE JOB:
As the Assistant General Manager at Mayfair Supper Club, you will support the General Manager in leading a talented team dedicated to delivering unforgettable experiences aligned with the MGM brand. This role is more than just a managerial position; it's a chance to be part of an extraordinary dining destination inspired by the world’s top supper clubs. At Mayfair, you will oversee operations, drive performance, and create exceptional guest satisfaction—all while maintaining the glamour and elegance reminiscent of Las Vegas’s golden eras.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Lead daily restaurant operations including budgets, labor, scheduling, inventory, guest service, and marketing to drive short-term profitability. Assist the General Manager in executing business plans and strategies to meet goals.
Support Human Resources functions by fostering teamwork, coaching, recognition, quality hiring, training, succession planning, and ensuring compliance with company policies, employment laws, and agreements.
Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, handle complaints, and manage feedback channels. Collaborate with the culinary team for smooth service between kitchen and dining room.
Oversee policy execution, training, menus, and rules for staff. Lead implementation of F&B and company initiatives. Maintain high health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Ensure staff complete all required compliance training.
Stay knowledgeable on venue food & beverage products, menu items, and equipment.
Perform other related duties as needed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant OR Previous experience in a luxury or fine-dining restaurant.
Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement.
