Assistant General Manager I
Ensure the smooth and efficient development of the hotel’s daily operation, particularly regarding the guest experience at Hyatt Place. Oversee the proper use of the hotel’s available resources, ensuring that all departments operate profitably and in accordance with the standards specified by the brand in general, and by the hotel in particular.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Ensure that the operations and activities of the Rooms and Food Beverage departments are aligned with the Corporate Strategy, and that the hotel’s action plans are implemented where applicable.

Supervise the preparation and updating of the Departmental Operations Manuals.

Ensure that departmental meetings and daily briefings in various areas are conducted.

Assist the General Manager in the preparation of budgets, objectives, and goals.

Represent the General Manager when they are not present on the property.

Assist the Finance department in all matters related to payroll processing.

Handle guest complaints, comments, and suggestions efficiently, ensuring proper follow-up and satisfactory resolution.

Ensure the care and maintenance of facilities and operational equipment.

Actively contribute to the operation of other departments.

Prepare task distribution and assignment of special duties to department staff.

Monitor compliance with scheduled and special cleanings.

Inspect and supervise guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with required quality standards.
