Restore Hyper Wellness – Minnetonka

We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) who is a natural leader, passionate about people, and committed to building a culture of excellence and accountability. If you thrive in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment where you’re empowered to grow others, drive performance, and make a real impact, this is the opportunity for you.

As AGM, you'll support the General Manager in leading the day-to-day operations while also focusing on developing people, driving sales, and setting the tone for how we show up for our clients and one another. We’re building something special at Restore Minnetonka, and we want someone who’s ready to lead with heart, hustle, and high standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

People + Culture

Help create a studio culture where team members feel supported, challenged, and proud to be part of the mission.

Lead by example — showing up prepared, present, and professional.

Provide hands-on coaching, regular feedback, and accountability to keep the team growing and aligned.

Support hiring, onboarding, and training for non-medical staff, ensuring everyone is clear on expectations and empowered to succeed.

Communicate openly, resolve issues quickly, and always assume positive intent while keeping performance top of mind.

Partner closely with the GM to ensure we’re building a team that reflects our standards and shared values. Sales + Client Experience

Deliver a premium, professional experience to every person who walks through the door.

Be the face of our studio when the GM is not present — confident, knowledgeable, and solutions-focused.

Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales goals through connection, education, and follow-through.

Regularly check in with members and prospects — not just to sell, but to build real relationships and ensure they’re seeing results.

Monitor key metrics (appointments, conversion rates, membership retention, etc.) and take initiative when things need attention.

Own the follow-up: missed appointments, declined payments, upcoming terminations, and freezes — it all matters. Operations + Execution

Keep the studio clean, safe, efficient, and running like a well-oiled machine.

Lead opening and closing routines and step into operational needs as required.

Maintain inventory and manage ordering within budget expectations.

Identify what’s not working and make smart adjustments quickly.

Collaborate closely with the GM, Lead Nurse, and Regional to constantly improve systems and client experience.

Be someone your team can count on — calm under pressure, clear with direction, and proactive about solutions.

Support the execution of in-studio initiatives, training refreshers, and monthly team meetings. Leadership + Growth

Step up when it matters most. Whether the GM is off-site or the studio is short-staffed, you keep things moving with confidence and integrity.

Help identify future leaders within the team and invest in their development.

Assist with community outreach, local events, and strategic partnerships to build awareness and deepen relationships in the area.

Keep the energy high and the team motivated through recognition, accountability, and shared wins. What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in a leadership or management role (wellness, hospitality, fitness, or retail preferred).

Someone who loves a challenge, takes initiative, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.

Strong communicator — able to coach up and coach across, give clear direction, and keep the team aligned.

Sales-minded and goal-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs.

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented — you don’t let the little things slide.

Comfortable with numbers and performance data — you understand how to use metrics to drive decisions.

Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people feel better and live healthier lives.

Passionate about wellness and excited to be part of a growing brand making real impact. What You’ll Get
