**Your** **main** **mission** **will** **be:** TosupporttheoperationalexcellenceoftheFront Officedepartmentbycoordinatingandsupervisingtheteam’sdailyactivities,ensuringexceptionalguestservice,efficientmanagementofcheck-in and check-out processes, and the implementationofhigh-quality standards to deliver memorable experiences from arrival todeparture.
**Your** **main** **responsibilities** **will** **include** **:**
+ Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
+ Run and collaborate with the entire Front-Office team, including reception, concierge service and reservations
+ Solve customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
+ Identifytalents, lead, train and build team spirit in a huge team
+ Monitor the quality
+ Address guests’ service needs and deal with specific customer requests
+ Develop andmaintainpositive working relationships with other departments and colleagues
+ Take actionin all matters related to the safety, security,satisfactionand wellbeing of hotel guests

**Qualifications:**

+ Passion for hospitality and proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar role
+ Customer-orientated attitude and in-depth knowledge of customer service
+ Proficiencyin speaking and writing in Portuguese & English, basic German and/or French is a plus
+ Careful presentation
+ Proactive, with a sense of initiative and teamwork
+ Sense of responsibility and autonomy
+ Excellent communication and people skills
+ Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
+ Knowledge in operational systems
