About the role

Are you ready to take the next big step in your career? Four Seasons Resort Langkawi is looking for Assistant Food & Beverage Outlet Manager. An ideal candidate is someone who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses excitement and dedication in serving all our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

What you will do

Able to develop and maintain an elegantly appointed environment, with superior staff, dedicated to an attentive, distinctive experience for lunch and dinner.

Able to anticipate, in advance, all materials and supplies, control usage of all food and beverage items.

Able to manage and train the staff as to meet the standard requirements while managing labor costs.

Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Able to work closely with the Kitchen Team and promote positive working environment.

What you bring

Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and service skills, with the ability to manage and train staff

Proven experience in food and beverage services and management preferably in a hospitality or luxury setting.
