Job Description

- Manage & Ensure of smooth operation

- Manage, supervise and train the team

- Support to create strategy to drive the business and control of the expenses

- Ensure of hygiene as standard

- Catch up the F&B trend and demand of guests

Qualifications

- College/ University education

- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage

- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
