Forecasting and Budgeting:
-Prepare topline review with top management (track monthly sales, SRP accrual, CP inventory compensation accrual and prepare FY topline forecast)
- Track and analyze OPEX, focusing on variance against forecast
- Conduct monthly rolling forecast process to support strategic decision (Prepare forecast review deck and upload related data to Lucanet)
- Monthly report required by platform(DIOH report/Supply issue/Beat and Raise/VBP tracking report/T&E tracker/AR aging breakdown)
- Conduct yearly budgeting process to support strategic decisionRegular financial support:
- Work closely with CE/BU head to prepare accurate monthly/weekly sales forecast to ensure timely and transparent communication of financial performance (weekly sales update; monthly sales, deferral, revenue entries)
- Provide following 6 months sell-in forecast by product to supply chain, and then they can arrange  and communicate supply demand with the global supply team (place POs for products three months from the desired delivery dates)
- Conduct various ad-hoc financial reports as required by platform and managementCSO partner coordination:
- Interface with the CSO partner to manage distributor rebate/ inventory compensation settlements and ensure smooth financial operations
- Work closely with CE department to collect and check sell out/ DIOH report from CSO partner, monitor and evaluate whether distributor inventory is at a healthy levelCompliance and risk management:
- Collaborate with legal and internal audits to effectively manage risks and compliance
- Complete QDQ report at the end of each quarterProject Support:
- Collaborate with the BD department to develop and analyze business models as required
- Assist in the preparation of financial data and analysis required for due diligence process
- Support various ad-hoc financial projects as requiredBusiness partnering:
- Act as a key member to communicate with BU head on business performance, budget, forecast
