What this job involves

Comment on monthly financial performance for any variance from Budget/Forecast 

Drive and prepare Annual Budget and Quarterly and Year End Forecast with OCI upload 

Perform month end closing include revenue and cost accrual in completeness and accuracy in accordance with ASC606 

Maintain good cashflow for business operation and ensure AR collection aligning with the term 

Ensure Balance Sheet is clear and explainable with limited long outstanding items 

PS 9.2 setup for any new or change of Projects 

Financial Reporting 

Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information in detail of Journal ledgers 

Work closely with local finance team to ensure proper revenue recognition & cost accruals with sufficient supporting 

Review and update monthly ME report 

Ensure accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders 

Forecast and Budgeting 

Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets 

Monitor cost spending within budget 

Prepare monthly forecast in accuracy way and highlight any significant change 

Perform upload on Budgeting and forecasting and ensure the upload on time and accurate  

Cashflow and Credit control 

Monitoring credit control; notifying customer of insufficient payments 

Scheduling and verifying AP invoice and obtaining authorization of payment 

Perform Cashflow forecast on monthly basis  

Financial operation 

Review and approve client PO, upload AR invoice to Client system  

Monitoring credit control; notifying customer of insufficient payments 

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

Minimum 5 years experience in finance/accounting roles with MNC and regional exposure

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; professional certification preferred

Strong accounting knowledge (US GAAP preferred)

Proficiency in Excel and financial system applications (e.g., JDE, OCI, PeopleSoft)

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and presentation skills (English and local language)

Experience in property accounting is a plus

Personal Characteristics:

Client-centric mindset with strong relationship management skills

Self-motivated, flexible, and able to adapt to changing situations

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Cross-cultural team leadership experience
