MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Client/Stakeholder ManagementDeliver excellent customer service to meet on-site client’s expectationsBuild and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders &/or client and be comfortable working across all levelsMonitor procedures to ensure client’s expectations are conveyed and worked uponProcurement & Vendor ManagementManage multiple vendors to deliver services on time and within budgetManage vendor procurement processes in accordance with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as Jones Lang LaSalle procurement best practicesFinance ManagementEnsure that the site’s financial operations are meeting targets and control requirementsAssist and monitor financial processes to ensure account payable procedures are followed at all timesHealth & Safety ManagementImplement and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working environmentEnsure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standardsSite Operations ManagementImplement Industry Best Practice operationsAssist and monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all timesEnsure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are metSeek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is requiredPreparing regular reports on M&E activities, maintenance, and operations, providing updates to the global M&E leads. These reports encompass key performance indicators, maintenance schedules, equipment performance, energy consumption, and other relevant metrics. Overseeing and managing maintenance activities for mechanical and electrical systems within the facility team. This involves developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and coordinating necessary repairs or replacements.Risk ManagementAssist in the implementation and management of a property risk management programSupport the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovering and business continuity plansFollow established escalation procedures and incident reporting proceduresAdhere to Jones Lang LaSalle’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategiesAchieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targetsCANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Ideal Experience
Min. 3-5 years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related fieldExperience of working in Technology environmentKnowledge of local health and occupational safety requirementsKnowledge of critical facilities managementKnowledge of vendor management for specialized servicesAn understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contractsStrong budget management and financial analysis skillsCritical Competencies for Success
