Operations & Maintenance
Oversee daily facility operations including building systems, utilities, and critical environments.Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.Support cleanroom and specialized area operations in collaboration with technical teams.Monitor and report on KPIs and SLA performance; initiate corrective actions as needed.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, EHS standards, and internal audit requirements.Participate in client-driven programs such as EHS, BCP, and ERT.Manage service contracts and vendor performance, including audits and scheduled maintenance.Coordinate procurement activities, ensuring alignment with budget and compliance standards.Support contract negotiations and renewals in collaboration with procurement and legal teams.Identify and implement initiatives to reduce utility costs and improve operational efficiency.Support sustainability and energy management programs.Maintain accurate records of maintenance, compliance, and operational activities.Prepare monthly reports for client review, including performance metrics and incident summaries.Provide 24/7 emergency support and site attendance as required.Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and regularly tested.Qualifications & SkillsDiploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.3–5 years of experience in facilities operations or building management.Strong understanding of M&E systems, cleanroom operations, and regulatory compliance.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.Location:
