**The Role**
We are searching for a highly motivated and organized Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team in Jakarta. This is your chance to be a key player in creating a thriving workspace. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our Jakarta facilities not only function flawlessly but also inspire and energize our team.
**A typical day may involve;**
Dive into the day-to-day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. From minor fixes to major projects, you'll be the go-to person!
Become the master of the workflow! Receive, process, and track work orders, ensuring swift resolutions and happy clients.
Build relationships and collaborate with vendors and contractors to keep our facilities in top shape.
Be the guardian of our standards, ensuring everything meets regulations and keeps our team safe and secure.
Use data to drive improvement! Analyze facility performance and help us make smart decisions.
Be the friendly face and voice for our team, addressing inquiries and keeping everyone informed.
Keep things organized! Maintain accurate records, files, and reports, making sure everything is in its place.
**Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of experience in a related field.
+ Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to follow established procedures.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for efficient data management and communication.
+ Basic math skills to calculate figures such as percentages and discounts.
+ Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
+ Experience in a facilities or property management role is preferred.
