Manage Facilities site operations of over 6,500 sqm portfolio. Includes BPO center and cafeteriaResponsible for facilities operations-maintenance of HVAC, power, plumbing, fire protection, electrical room, UPS rooms, boardroom/ training rooms, cafeteria, breakouts, recreation facilities, and production spaces. Work closely with crisis management team- disaster management, response and communication ensuring continue business continue during typhoon and similar calamity. Conduct twice a year evacuation drill. Prepare yearly operations expense budget and forecast capital budgets for upcoming projects. Monitor both OPEX and CAPEX spendingProvide leadership in managing delivery of regional facilities objectives, streamlining internal processes and reducing operation expenses while improving the service delivery at the local level.Ensures compliance with applicable codes, requisitions, government agencies and company directives as relates to building operations.Develops specifications and assists in solicitation and administration of maintenance/repair service contracts and coordinate development of and/or maintain as-built drawings.Implements and administers inventory control programs/purchase parts and supplies.Responds to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc.) and customer concerns.Maintains on-going communication with tenants, clients, owners, facility management team and vendors.

Qualification and Requirements:

Minimum formal qualification in a technical field (Electrical and/or Mechanical)At least 5 years of experience as Technical AFMTeam player, Good planning, supervisory, interpersonal and analytical skills.
