**About the role**
The purpose of this position is to partner with the Facilities Management team in coordinating the completion of multiple functions related to building operations and maintenance for a commercial facility, campus, or a portfolio of buildings.
**What you'll do**
+ Oversee and coordinate building maintenance/repair, landscaping and janitorial work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors.
+ Respond to client inquires and concerns. Ensure timely and quality service delivery to clients. Follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Perform facilities inspections and prepares reports.
+ May coordinate and lead (MAC) move, add, and change activities.
+ Assist in the preparation of operating and capital budgets.
+ Develop and maintain vendor relationships and train vendors on work order and billing procedures. Process invoices and ensure accurate cost center coding.
+ Review periodic reports including financials and explains variances. Work with finance team to correct errors.
+ Use PC and/or PDA for work order systems, email, process and procedure training.
+ Other duties may be assigned.
**What you’ll need**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
+ Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
+ Associates degree or equivalent experience or Bachelors degree preferred with focus on business, technical or management areas.
+ Prior supervisory experience preferred.
