Your main mission will be: To develop and implement a diverse and attractive food beverage offering, including themed menus, culinary events, cultural experiences, and gastronomic activities for different audiences, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the positive performance of all FB outlets Contributing to the recruitment process by participating in staff training and talent retention Managing and planning FB-related events Supporting effective interdepartmental communication Identifying the training needs within the department Monitoring and controlling costs and inventory Planning staff schedules and service logistics Managing the FB team in accordance with the hotel's standards and guidelines Promoting excellent levels of customer service Participating in menu design and product purchasing, always aiming to improve the department Identifying guest needs and proactively responding to them Establishing targets, KPIs, and procedures Fostering team spirit and collaboration Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulationsWhat you’ll love about us:
