**Your** **main** **mission** **will** **be:** Todevelopandimplementa diverse andattractivefood&beverageoffering,includingthemedmenus,culinaryevents, culturalexperiences, andgastronomicactivitiesfordifferentaudiences,creatingmemorableexperiencesforourguests.

+ Ensuringthepositive performanceofallF&B outlets
+ Contributingtotherecruitmentprocessbyparticipatingin staff training andtalentretention
+ ManagingandplanningF&B-relatedevents
+ Supportingeffectiveinterdepartmentalcommunication
+ Identifyingthetrainingneedswithinthedepartment
+ Monitoringandcontrollingcostsandinventory
+ Planningstaffschedulesandservicelogistics
+ ManagingtheF&Bteaminaccordancewiththehotel'sstandardsandguidelines
+ Promotingexcellentlevelsofcustomerservice
