What you will do as an Assistant Events Operations Manager
Accountable for delivering the events concept, ensuring every aspect of the events operation stays true to this concept as advised by the Events Manager
Responsible for supervising the day to day functioning of all colleagues
Accountable to work with other teams to maximise guest satisfaction
Responsible to conduct briefings and maintaining liaison with the Head Chef and other Food and Beverage Department Heads
Responsible to review and improve performance through identifying training needsand supporting Talent Development Trainer
Responsible to assist in developing formal training plans and carrying out on-the-job training sessions for colleagues
Accountable to mentor and coach colleagues, ensuring maximum engagement and motivation
Accountable to recruit future talent and manage performance of the team
