As **Assistant Director of Engineering** , you’ll be a key driver of operational excellence, safety, and guest satisfaction. You’ll support the Director of Engineering in leading a skilled team, maintaining our facilities, and ensuring our resort continues to shine—inside and out. The Assistant Engineering Director will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the facility and shift coverage. This includes maintaining the working order of guest rooms, meeting spaces, kitchens, and the building exterior. The Assistant Engineering Director will assist the Director of Facilities with managing and scheduling contractors, ensuring building system inspections, and PMs are conducted, and effectively communicating with the hotel in regard to facility related operations. The candidate must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and develop departmental training and operational procedures.
