Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Engineering Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in the design and development of engineering projects, ensuring high standards of safety and design compliance. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects while growing your expertise in the engineering field.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of engineering projects.Prepare and update project drawings and specifications using CAD software.Conduct preliminary surveys and collect data for project planning.Support project execution and management, ensuring adherence to safety and design standards.Perform basic engineering calculations and analytical tasks.Inspect project sites to monitor progress and compliance.Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports.Assist in estimating materials and project costs.Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical discussions.Essential Skills
Proficiency in CAD software.1-3 years of MEP experience at an engineering design firm.Strong skills in HVAC design, mechanical engineering, and plumbing design.Ability to conduct engineering calculations and analyses.Experience in engineering management and MEP design.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural Engineering, or related field.1–3 years of experience in engineering consulting.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $41.00/hr.
