Main Tasks

Execution maintenance task
• According SOP and maintenance schedule planning to execute daily inspection, replacement and repair work at BCJC site. Do improvement project in BCJC site.
• Support E&I staff engineer to supervise the worker according safety requirement and quality requirement of BASF rule.
• Emergency on call for maintenance equipment.
• Follow BASF safety requirement to implement the maintenance work especially E&I relative work.
• Follow E&M manager do the relative maintenance and project work.
• Support E&I staff engineer to lead maintenance contractor to work site to handover work detail and safety requirement to make sure contractor completed work under safety condition and with high quality.
• Follow E&I staff engineer suggestion in maintenance operation.
• Spare parts management and improvement.
Documentation
• Maintenance record fill-in and safety documents fill-in
• Quality check record fill-in
• Documents key-in accord maintenance need.
• Relative E&I maintenance SOP and check list create and improvement.


Requirements

• Education: Colleague or above degree in electrical, automation, instrumentation, etc.
• Working experience: More than 5 years in chemical plant or engineering relative company
• Technical & Professional Knowledge:
1. Well knowledge and experience with electrical & instrumental aspects in chemical engineering
2. Familiar with maintenance and fault handing of instrument and electrical equipment, such as control systems (DCS/PLC), field instrument, transformer, motor, frequency converter, etc.
3. Hold high/low voltage electrician operation certificate.
