Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage and train the EMC/RF Project engineers Manage the workload of EMC/RF Project team Responsible  for EMC/RF Projects delivery in schedule Responsible for delivering the results and test reports on time Responsible for the sample management during the tests Supervise the project done or prepared by the engineers Support the testing manager to develop new test methods or new standards if need Responsible for the right application of technical procedures and / standard prepared by engineers Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Be very attentive and sure information’s given to clients. Responsible for saving the accurate project information in server Manage the relationship with subcontracting labs Responsible for improvements of process in EMC/RF Project team Check and sign test reports and folders Support Customer Services and sales for project delivery

 

 

Skills and Requirements:

Reliable Initiative and independence in solving problems and developing methods. Ability to perform multiple tasks. Individual and Team work ethic Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines. Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel. Working knowledge of IEC / EN / FCC etc. standards relating to electrical products. Electrical and mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of testing of electrical products from laboratory / manufacturing.

 

Education & Experience:

High Diploma / Degree in Electrical engineering. 8 years of working experience in electrical product RF testing. Good knowledge of electrical product RF in EN / ETSI / FCC etc. standards. English speaking candidate will be favored.
