En tant qu’Assistant(e) Ressources Humaines, vous serez le premier point de contact RH pour les collaborateurs du site et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le HR Business Services Manager, pour le site de Genlis.
Principales responsabilités :
Gérer l’administration du personnel : suivi du temps de travail (ADP), saisie des variables de paie, gestion des dossiers, visites médicales et intérimaires.Assurer la conformité sociale et juridique : préparation des convocations CSE/CSSCT, veille réglementaire (droit du travail, convention Chimie), gestion des affichages obligatoires.Contribuer au développement RH : mise à jour des fiches de poste, support au plan de formation, participation au recrutement et aux projets internes.Suivre les indicateurs RH : mise à jour des tableaux de bord (absentéisme, KPI, temps de présence, etc.).Gérer les relations avec les collaborateurs : accueil, écoute et traitement des demandes individuelles.Superviser les départs : gestion administrative des ruptures conventionnelles, licenciements, etc.Participer à la démarche HSE : respect des procédures sécurité, déclaration des accidents du travail, participation aux observations sécurité.Collaborer aux rituels de performance : participation aux AIC et à la vie du site.Votre profil :
Formation Bac +4/5 en Ressources Humaines.Maîtrise de l’anglais (lu, écrit, parlé).Connaissances solides en droit du travail et en paie.Maîtrise des outils informatiques : ADP, Workday, Pack Office.Autonomie et rigueur.Excellentes capacités de communication.Adaptabilité et sens des priorités.PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
