Faites que cela compte !** **Vos missions :** + **Support KAM (et DE) :** + Analyser des KPI commerciaux (ex : volumes/ CA, suivi DN et revente etc) + Construction et mise à jour de tableaux de suivi des opérations lots virtuels-RI (ou «outils fidélité» selon les clients) + Elabore des outils de vente destinés à la FDV spécifiques à l’enseigne + **Gérer la relation quotidienne avec le client :** + Renseigner le client pour toute question ou l’orienter vers le bon interlocuteur interne + Communiquer toutes les informations à destination du client : propositions d’offres promotionnelles, éléments techniques nouveaux produits, courriers de modification de tarif, préparation et envoi des résultats business à échéance + **Animation du planning promotions (lots et outils consommateurs) de l’enseigne :** + Participer à la construction annuelle du plan promotionnel sur les marchés + Compiler et analyser les données repères : brief / thèmes d’animation fournis par le client, catalogue promotions, historique des ventes du client sur l’année écoulée etc + Réceptionner les demandes clients et transmettre au client les propositions commerciales (ex : fiches techniques, maquette, visuels, échantillons) + Saisir les propositions dans l’outil interne et renseigner les fiches logistiques des clients + Informer le client de la proposition finale : expliquer et argumenter + **Participer au règlement des écarts de prix (facturé/payé client) en relation avec le CS&L** **More about this role** Statut : ETAM **Compétences et expériences** + Diplôme et expérience minimums requis : BAC+2 commercial avec 3-5 ans d’expérience de préférence chez un acteur de la grande distribution (industriel ou enseigne) dans un service commercial avec exposition clients ou supply + Compétences fonctionnelles minimum : Conditions clients – Fondations / Management de partenariat commercial – Fondations + Compétences techniques : Sensibilité outils.
