Assistant Document Controller

Document Controller will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all documents related to the project and organization, by managing a centralized document management system.

* File documents in hardcopy and digital records
* Effective management of petty cash with trackable account register on expenses and claims.
* Management of office stationery and pantry items.
* Follow process and principles of company's document lifecycle procedures.
* Archive, control, and retrieve records as and when needed.
* Keep records of project details, meeting minutes, technical specifications, drawings, etc.
* Classify, sort, and categorize documents in alpha-numerical order.
* Maintain /seek approval document confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
* Review completeness, accuracy, and authenticity of documents.
* Perform quality check on documents.
* Maintained and retrieved data in and from spreadsheets.
* Minimized risk impact on losing documents and maximized project opportunities.
* Perform administrative duties &  Front office management.
* Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts.
* Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
* Perform other duties/tasks as and when required by the Project Manager/Management and upon request from team members.
