Position Summary:

The Assistant Director of Rooms supports in overseeing all operational aspects of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Concierge. This role ensures exceptional guest satisfaction, smooth daily operations, and adherence to Hyatt’s brand standards and operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and supervising Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Services teams to ensure efficient and friendly guest service.Monitor and maintain room availability, occupancy, and revenue management in collaboration with the Revenue Management team.Ensure all Rooms Division staff deliver outstanding customer service, adhering to Hyatt’s quality standards and guest satisfaction goals.Participate in recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of rooms division staff.Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction scores.Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and brand requirements.Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate seamless guest experiences.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives within the Rooms Division.Support special projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and guest experience.
