Job Description

Key responsibilities for this position are:

Responsible for maximizing market share performance, revenue and profit for food & beverage, and optimizing Hotel F&B pricing strategies. ​​​​​Take part to lead on providing information relevant to decision-making as well as guiding and directing hotel commercial teams through effective and measurable revenue and channel management initiatives. Manage and effectively communicate the pricing strategy by market segment with reference to market intelligence, buying patterns and seasonality.Actively participate in the production of the hotels' annual budget and assist in the creation, update and evaluation of the hotel Sales and Marketing plans as well as assist in overseeing the Reservation departments.

QualificationsUniversity degree in hotel management or financeMinimum three years’ revenue management experience in a hotel business are preferredExperience in managing multiple hotels in a cluster environment is preferredFamiliar with available technology (PMS & RMS) and all distribution channelsDemonstrated experience driving performance and best practices in partnership Sales, F&B, Reservations leadershipProven analytical acumen, with the ability to effectively present and educate to diverse audiences up and down the organizationUnderstand the dynamics of regional & local market, local competitors and events of the destinationUnderstand group sales processes and demand patternsStrong commercial/business acumen with ability to analyze financial statements, revenue reports and market dataEnglish skills: excellent
