Montefiore is looking for an assistant director of operations to join the department of Urology. This person will be overseeing all major clinical and administrative operations, processes, and workflows related to patient throughput in the Urology department. This person will be overseeing practice managers and ensure that initiatives are being launched effectively. They will develop new programs and strategies to improve the effectiveness of patient care and services. They will participate in budget planning as well as work with providers in developing specialty programs to ensure workflows and staff can support the initiatives. You will be directly overseeing the operations manager and practice supervisor
