The Assistant Director of Operations plays a vital leadership role in the overall success of hotel operations. This position supports the Director of Operations in managing and overseeing multiple departments — including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage — to ensure an exceptional guest experience, efficient operations, and alignment with the hotel’s strategic goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
+ Partner with department heads to ensure efficient staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management.
+ Drive operational excellence by analyzing performance data and implementing process improvements.
+ Ensure all departments comply with company standards, brand expectations, and regulatory requirements.
+ Support the Director of Operations in developing and executing strategies to meet or exceed service, revenue, and profitability goals.
+ Handle guest concerns and operational issues with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
+ Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control measures.
+ Lead by example, fostering a positive and professional work culture aligned with company values.
+ Assist in preparing for and leading daily stand-up meetings and operations reviews.
+ Support recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts across operational departments.
This is a salaried position with compensation ranging from $106,800-$136,200.

**Qualifications:**
· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role within the Rooms and Food & Beverage Division.
· Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
· Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
· Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
