Responsibilities: + Oversee nursing care for 40-bed unit, ensuring compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations. + Provide leadership and support to the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion. + Participate in budget planning and management for nursing services. + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care. + Supervise the development and implementation of individualized resident care plans. + Monitor and evaluate nursing care outcomes, ensuring the highest standards are met. + Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training nursing staff to maintain a highly skilled team.
