Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Skilled Nursing Facility | Weaverville, NC

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Weaverville, North Carolina. This is a great opportunity for a nurse leader looking to grow their career while supporting quality care and clinical excellence.

Position Overview:
As the ADON, you will assist the Director of Nursing in managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility. You will play a key role in staff development, quality assurance, and ensuring the delivery of person-centered care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and assist the DON in daily clinical operations
 Supervise, mentor, and train nursing staff
 Help ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
 Monitor resident care and support quality improvement initiatives
 Serve as a resource for nursing staff and collaborate with other departments
 

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact state)
 Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
 Strong clinical and leadership skills
 Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
 Passion for quality resident care and team development
