Sodexo is seeking an Assistant Director of Food Service Operations for Brigham and Women's Hospital located in Boston, MA. This role will provide leadership and operational support across two healthcare accounts, ensuring excellence in food service operations, regulatory compliance, and patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare food service management, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient and retail dining experience, supporting Clinical Nutrition at one campus as needed.
What You'll Do Collaborate with Food Service Director at each site to ensure effective day-to-day operations across two campuses successfully coordinate all required tasks through management team, supervisors and frontline staffSupervise staff with a focus on best practices, operational excellence, and equitable personnel managementHelp establish and maintain systems, protocols, and quality control measures that support departmental goals and regulatory compliance.deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations and develop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top level site management)develop strategic plans ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance
