Embarc on a new journey by joining the up-and-coming fabulous Alila Mayakoba, the first Alila in Latin America. We are looking for an Assistant Director ofFB to oversee and direct our Restaurants, In-Room Dining, and any other Food or Beverage related areas operated by Hyatt.

Assist in the direction of all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations, with a focus on excellence, innovation, and guest satisfaction. Ensure consistent service standards across all outlets and events, aligned with the Alila brand and luxury service expectations. Collaborate with the culinary, stewardship, beverage, and service teams to enhance product offerings, drive creativity, and maintain operational excellence. Monitor guest feedback and implement service recovery and improvement strategies as needed. •Support the Director of Culinary and Guest Experiences with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance metrics. Coach, mentor, and inspire Food and Beverage leaders and colleagues to cultivate a motivated, high-performing team.
