We are seeking a well-experienced Assistant Director of Engineering who will assist the Director of Engineering to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department of the hotel.

In this role, you are responsible in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating Departments. These include supplying services as required to the entire operation, maintaining the hotel building, public areas and event spaces, hotel guest rooms suites, essential services and life safety systems, managing staff contractors, along with specialized projects.

Progressive Engineering career in a five-star luxury property, 2 years of which would have been spent as Assistant Director of Engineering. Local experience is desirable.

With demonstrated skills in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and building management.

Proficient in occupational health and safety standards.

Committed to deliver a high level of customer service, with strong leadership skills to coach and manage a highly localized team.

Passion for working with people.

This position is open to local candidates or Philippine passport holders with valid working rights.
