The Assistant Director for Intramural Sports is responsible for the leadership, development, and management of the Intramural Sports programs at Syracuse University's Barnes Center. The Intramural Sports program includes 30 sports activities and hosts more than 5,000 participants annually. The Assistant Director supervises 2 full-time staff members and approximately 70 student staff. The Assistant Director manages an operating budget of $75,000 and coordinates and implements appropriate risk management and compliance plans, as well as training for student staff.
