Reporting to the Executive Director of Career Services and Strategy at the Feld Center for Career and Alumni Engagement, the Assistant Director takes a proactive role in the planning, development, and implementation of strategies to promote career development services and activities for MSBA students in coordination with the career coaching, industry relations, and alumni engagement teams at the Feld Center. The Assistant Director will optimize seamless student support by tracking and communicating information through written notes and verbal conversations, documenting the details of student interactions/appointments as well as employment and outcomes. This individual will engage in professional development to stay abreast of best practices and developments in career education and share relevant information with colleagues and students. This position must be available for occasional flexible hours. **Required Skills** Bachelor's degree and five to seven years working experience are required. Master's degree preferred, especially one related to business or higher education or counseling. Experience providing career coaching or counseling to graduate students or early professionals preferred. Experience working with a diverse and international group of students or advisees preferred. Track record of successfully introducing and implementing new process improvements and initiatives. Strong presentation and communication skills. Fluent with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Documents. High degree of proactiveness and self-awareness.
