The HOKA Demand Planning Assistant Manager needs to closely work with FP&A, Merchandising, Merchandising Planning and sales team to prepare long/short range demand forecast in both unit and amount, down to style-color level. This role needs to lead the discussion with cross functions internally to make sure we have a consistent plan from finance LRP, seasonal MFP to demand plan, and give quantified recommendation to wholesale pre-season sales order and in-season shipment phasing. Externally, this role needs to share country level demand forecast with global demand/supply planning team to plan factory capacity to support business growth.
15% Seasonally Pre-season demand planning
Work with cross functions for detail information like 1) marketing style and product segmentation from merchandising 2) distribution strategy from Wholesale 3) finance plan from FP&A, which will be taken as demand planning assumption. Analyze historical data (sell in & sell out) of Wholesale channel. Take the lead to align the GTM2 demand plan with Wholesale team.
Size level FCST split for omni channel with historical size ratio.
20% Monthly In-season Wholesale demand planning
Monitor in-season shipping performance and adjust in-season demand plan down to style-color-month level accordingly if necessary. Work with inventory planning, Wholesale and customer service team on unshipped sales orders, to improve company level inventory flow and maximize sales opportunity. Share the visibility of the in-season demand forecast with Wholesale and FP&A team to compare with annual sales target and raise the risk if we have.

20% Monthly Omni channel demand forecasting
Consolidate Omni channel (Wholesale from demand planning and DTC from DTC planning) demand forecast and share with global demand planning team as China level forecast down to style-color-month level. Work with global demand planning and supply planning team to share the comments of China demand forecast.
Cooperate with FP&A team to validate demand plan with finance plan.

Create order format and in charge of monthly omni channel order collection process
Monthly upload Demand FCST into O9, work with supply planning team and customer service team to make sure smooth buy execution.
