About the Opportunity:
The person is a key member of the KC NZ Sales Team. Responsibilities combine Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and customer relationship management, making it a critical position for ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
VMI for Developing and Emerging channels including;
Extracting and sending Costco orders, facilitating order bookings, key contact to Costco buying team for order tracking, claims and enquiries, key contact for KC logistics for orders.
Lead support for CWH orders and delivery process, including claims, credits, issue management and first point of contact for stores to KC and first point of contact for KC logistics.
Receiving and processing all term, promo, missed invoice claims from all DEC customers, aligning invoices to promax accruals and submitting with GBS.
Lead new account creation – e.g new CWH stores.
Assistant Customer Manager;
Develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with relevant contacts at The Warehouse and Emerging Channel Customers (Baby Bunting, Mighty Ape, Campus & Co) - including, but not limited to, Category Management and Supply Chain.
Own the forecast & use of scan data to build assumptions forward.
Build (with the support of the business manager and cross functional team) a 1-3 year plan for these customers with focus on DPSM, promo, execution.
Manage the P&L in line with business targets.
Be the voice of customer within KC meetings, and the voice of KC to customers, to ensure a joint business and cross collaborative working relationship.
