\n\t\t\t\t\tLead, train, and support office staff, ensuring smooth daily operations\nOversee payroll and benefits administration\nDevelop and implement office policies to improve efficiency and compliance\nManage documents including payroll, vehicle deals, commissions, and inventory updates\nControl petty cash and reconcile selected accounts monthly\nEnsure manufacturer accounts (warranty claims, rebates, co-op advertising, etc.) are current and accurate\nSupport preparation of month-end close, financial statements, and annual audits\nProvide daily operating control (DOC) and financial reports to the GM and leadership team\nApprove adjustments to inventory and receivable accounts as necessary\nEnsure compliance with government regulations and dealership standards\nSupport managers in staying compliant with state and federal labor laws\nCross-train to provide coverage across administrative functions as needed\nPartner with leadership to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth

\n\t\t\t\t\tMinimum 2 years of accounting experience required\nMinimum 1 year of office management or supervisory experience\nAssociate degree in Accounting preferred\nExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)\nAutomotive industry experience a plus\nExperience with dealership management systems (such as CDK) a plus\nAmbition to step into a Controller position in 2–3 years

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
