Description

Lead, train, and support office staff, ensuring smooth daily operationsOversee payroll and benefits administrationDevelop and implement office policies to improve efficiency and complianceManage documents including payroll, vehicle deals, commissions, and inventory updatesControl petty cash and reconcile selected accounts monthlyEnsure manufacturer accounts (warranty claims, rebates, co-op advertising, etc.) are current and accurateSupport preparation of month-end close, financial statements, and annual auditsProvide daily operating control (DOC) and financial reports to the GM and leadership teamApprove adjustments to inventory and receivable accounts as necessaryEnsure compliance with government regulations and dealership standardsSupport managers in staying compliant with state and federal labor lawsCross-train to provide coverage across administrative functions as neededPartner with leadership to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
