What you’ll do

Preparation of statutory reporting support of financial audit for all Netherlands/ Belgium legal entities (today 5)Support tax reporting for group and local purposes including tax audit support and related analysisAssist the group wit SOX control testingPrepare financial analysis to support business needsAssist in resolution of unreconciled itemsAssist the business with process knowledge and enablement especially in the sourcing and AP areaWorking closely with shared services support

Who you are

Accounting or Finance QualificationMore than 5 Years of Experience in finance statement preparation, financial analysis, and tax reportingFluent in Dutch and EnglishExperience working in a global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flowsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise mannerStrong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive changeClear thinking/problem solving successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideasAdaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situationsIntegrity:  accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others
