Job Title: Assistant Contract Program Security Officer (ACPSO)

Rolls-Royce is in search of a security professional to support multiple USG Defense programs. As the ACPSO, your primary role will be to support our CPSOs in managing and safeguarding classified information and ensuring compliance with government regulations, contract requirements, and company policies.

What you will be doing:
With this attractive opportunity you will act as the data manager for personnel files, tracking security trainings, and internal Closed Area Inspections. Although the candidate will directly support the CPSOs, they will ultimately report to the Facility Security Officer (FSO).
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and help implement DoD Manual 5205.07, ICD 705, 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and related Guidance Manuals or Security Directives.
Assist with the following: Administrative Documentation; Personnel Processing Forms; Escorting Visitors; Security Training; Investigations and supporting other program related security issues.
Administer indoctrinations, access control, program specific training, and debriefings.
Support security reviews and self-inspections.
Conduct quarterly physical inspections of our restricted areas.
Basic Requirements:
Must have or be able to obtain a US DoD Top Secret Security Clearance. Must be US Citizen.
Associate’s degree with 2+ years of industrial/physical security experience.
In lieu of degree, 4+ years of industrial/physical security experience.
Excellent organizational and data management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
Ability to work in a teaming environment yet, still take the initiative as an individual.
Preferred Requirements:
Prior security program experience, specifically around SAP and industrial security.
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with some critical deadlines.
Experience in security education (in-brief/out-brief), and training newly accessed personnel.
