Role description:

Conduct market research to uncover insights that drive project success Organize and support stakeholder engagement sessions Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to derive actionable insights and support decision making Develop engaging presentations and draft comprehensive reports to communicate findings and recommendations Collaborate effectively within a team environment while demonstrating the ability to work independently on tasks

Qualifications & Experience:

2-4 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, market research, and process improvement projects Interest in the construction industry and its emerging trends An analytical mindset characterized by intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and creativity Confident with strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
