Key Responsibilities:
lead and oversee retail construction projects from planning through completion, including remodels, liquor stores, and special initiatives. This involves conducting site visits to monitor progress, ensuring compliance with Publix standards, and resolving design issues in collaboration with internal and external teams.assist the Retail Construction Manager in overseeing large-scale and prototypical new store and shopping center developments by monitoring construction quality and schedules, and ensuring timely communication of project status to stakeholdersoversee contractor proposals, contracts, change orders, project schedules, and payment approvals to ensure retail construction projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
