À quoi ressemblera votre journée type ?
Responsable de la réconciliation des comptes inter sociétés, en assurant la précision des données, la vérification des factures pour une saisie correcte dans le système et la correction des erreurs;Effectuer les analyses de compte de bilan et de résultats et analyser les écarts, en aidant au rapprochement des comptes généraux et à la clôture de fin de mois, et d’autres projets de comptabilité générale;Préparer et soutenir les informations requises par SOX et les auditeurs externes (Effectuer des tests de contrôles);Élaborer et analyser les outils de gestion (KPI);Préparer différents rapports. (Statistique Canada, Rapport TPS-TVQ, Taxes etc.);Supporter au département AR/AP Finance dans les besoins administratifs de leur département;Contribuer au processus de fermeture périodique et trimestrielle;Supporter le département dans l’optimisation des transactions et des systèmes financiers pour améliorer les comptes généraux;Des autres tâches qui vous seront assignées.Who will you be working with?

As a member of the Finance Transit group/division under the supervisor of the Assistant Controller - Accounting, you will support the finance department by performing various analytical and accounting tasks.

Education
Bachelor in Accounting or Finance.Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company.Experience in BS and PL account reconciliation.Experience in accounts receivable and payable (AR, AP) preferred.Have worked with an "ERP" type system.Experience with intercompany transactions.Other required knowledge:
Good command of Microsoft Office and Oracle software.Competencies/Abilities:
Be comfortable in an environment where everything moves quickly.Excellent sense of analysis and problem solving.Very good organizational skills.Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec, so that the candidate can communicate as needed with colleagues and suppliers in Quebec. What will your typical day look like?
Responsible for intercompany account reconciliation, ensuring data accuracy, verifying invoices for correct entry into the system, and correcting errors.Perform balance sheet and income statement analyses and analyze variances, assisting with general ledger reconciliation and month-end closing, as well as other general accounting projects.Prepare and support information required by SOX and external auditors (perform control tests);Develop and analyze management tools (KPIs).Prepare various reports (Statistics Canada, GST-QST Report, Taxes, etc.).Support the AR/AP Finance department with their department's administrative needs.Contribute to the periodic and quarterly closing process.Support the department in optimizing transactions and financial systems to improve general ledger accounts.Other tasks as assigned.Who are we?
