LANDAUER est un laboratoire de dosimétrie accrédité COFRAC ISO/CEI 17025 pour procéder à la surveillance individuelle de l’exposition externe des travailleurs soumis aux rayonnements ionisants (secteurs médical et nucléaire). Premier acteur privé de dosimétrie à lecture différée en France, LANDAUER assure le suivi dosimétrique de plus de 2 millions de travailleurs dans le monde et accompagne ses clients dans la gestion de leur dosimétrie dans le respect de la règlementation.
Dans le cadre d'un congé maternité, nous recherchons un Assistant Commercial (H/F) en Contrat à Durée Déterminée (CDD) de 9 mois. Au sein de la Direction commerciale de LANDAUER situé à Vélizy-Villacoublay (78), vous reportez au Directeur Commercial, votre hiérarchique direct qui travaille à distance, et vous intégrez une équipe composée de deux commerciaux itinérants et d’un coordinateur commercial présent sur site.
Vous contribuez à l’efficacité du service en assistant les commerciaux itinérants. Vous élaborez les propositions commerciales, rédigez et envoyez les devis issus de leurs démarches chez les clients et prospects (hôpitaux, cliniques, nucléaire) et apportez le support administratif dont ils ont besoin.
Autonome et dynamique, vous prenez en charge les demandes commerciales qui vous parviennent en direct (appels et emails entrants), suivez le traitement administratif et mettez à jour les dossiers clients. Vous rédigez, avec soins et rigueur, les réponses aux appels d’offres marchés publics.
Avec enthousiasme et professionnalisme, vous présentez l’activité de la société et ses services, et participez à l’organisation des évènements clients sur site.
Présent(e) aux réunions commerciales, vous participez activement aux échanges sur les demandes commerciales, les évolutions du marché et les appels d’offres à venir. Force de proposition, vous savez prendre des initiatives pour faire avancer le service.
Basé(e) sur site, vous travaillez main dans la main avec les autres services de l’entreprise (services relation client, marketing, finances, opérations, métrologie) et facilitez les interactions avec l’équipe commerciale « terrain ».
Votre aisance relationnelle et votre sociabilité vous permettent de travailler efficacement en équipe. Vous avez un sens aigu du service et du contact. Capable de vous adapter, vous faites preuve d’organisation, d’autonomie, de réactivité et savez suivre les procédures internes mises en place.
De formation commerciale, vous avez une expérience réussie de 1 à 3 ans à ce poste. Vous avez déjà travaillé sur des produits à forte valeur technique et scientifique, et avez la curiosité nécessaire pour vous former au quotidien sur nos produits et notre activité.
Vous avez idéalement une connaissance du CRM EUDONET, d’un ou plusieurs logiciels d’ERP et êtes à l’aise en anglais (niveau B1 souhaité).

As part of a maternity leave, we are looking for a sales assistant (M/W). Within the Sales Department in France based in Vélizy-Villacoublay (78), you contribute to the efficiency of the service by assisting the infield sales representatives. You develop commercial proposals, write and send quotes resulting from their approaches to customers and prospects (hospitals, clinics, nuclear sites, etc.).

Autonomous and dynamic, you take care of the commercial requests that reach you directly (incoming calls and emails), follow the administrative processing and update the customer files. You write, with care and rigor, responses to public procurement tenders.
With enthusiasm and professionalism, you present the activity of the company and its services, and participate in the organization of customer events on site.
Present at sales meetings, you actively participate in discussions on sales requests, market developments and upcoming calls for tenders. Force of proposal, you know how to take initiatives to advance the service.
Based on site, you work hand in hand with the other departments of the company (customer relations departments, marketing, finance, operations, metrology) and facilitate interactions with the field sales team.
Your interpersonal skills and your sociability allow you to work effectively in a team. You have a keen sense of service and contact. Able to adapt, you demonstrate organization, autonomy, responsiveness and know how to follow the internal procedures put in place.
Commercial training, you have a successful experience of 1 to 3 years in this position. You have already worked on products with high technical and scientifical value and have the necessary curiosity to train yourself on a daily basis on our products and our activity.
You ideally have knowledge of EUDONET CRM, one or more ERP software and are comfortable in English (B1 level desired).
